What species of bird is that, Morgan? We don’t have birds like that here.

Bad picture…the lone bird is a Mourning Dove. the bottom ones are junco’s …little slate gray and white sparrow sized birdies 🙂

I call them Morning Doves. LOL I don’t like the thought of any bird “mourning” so I changed their name. And yes, we do have Morning Doves here. 🙂 Yours looked like he had red on him. And juncos, hmmmm….not sure if I have seen them here. I’ll have to keep my eyes open.
Stay warm. Cuddle with someone if you can. 🙂

Touching, Morgan. The poor, cold birds really have to forage a lot, and a lunch provided for them is an act of mercy.

They have been eating in droves. Its a joy to watch them, but I do worry when the temps get sooooooooo cold as they’ve been.

Thanks so much 🙂 at one point the birdfeeder was entirely filled with little birds, shoulder to shoulder…must’ve been a dozen on there or more. But the minute I got out the camera…. sigh ! LOL
