Oh Love that will not rest nor be silent,
In Silence standing reckless Upon the Shore,
Cheating All my Longing with your Lament,
Leaving me Yearning, More and More.
Dividing me from All my Sense
When Judgment knows full well โTis Naught,
Nature will claim its Recompense
When in Your Love my Heart is Caught.
Then Shadow will Cast its Golden Light,
And Thunder in Symphony Shall Play,
Spinning my World From Wrong to Right,
From Dismal Squalor to Lush Bouquet.
One Glance, One Word, One Kiss From You,
Until Then, There is Nothing I can Do.

Lovely and lyrical. I want to thank you for nominating me for an award. I can’t seem to get information about the process. Could you please advise me?

Fail, my words, in light of this
To tug replies from spinning wits
Disarmed at once by this–a verse
I must reply, but, speechless, sit
To ponder all that poureth forth
From thence–thy soul–yet mine admits
That fail, my words will, as they come
Unbridled from my speechless lips
Oh love that will not rest nor still
Has cheated this–my dearest’s smile
Abandoned in her yearning there
And I, bound here, against my will
A cradle made of form and word
Is offering enough to tell
These rhythms of your love are heard
And from them symphony is stirred
I could think of nothing else to say. The beauty of it allowed me only this. Lovely, dear.

Truly spoken. I often feel that despite my pleas, loneliness is a gift from which my art has emerged. Absence teaches us of closeness and hunger tells us of satisfaction.
