Quietly She Whispers
Among the golden glaze
Of Richly Verdant Splendor
Painted with Autumn’s haze;
Softly She is Singing
‘Twixt interplay of shadow and Light,
A Diamante Rhapsody
Of non-verbal Delight.
Often you can hear Her
As she walks among the trees,
Her Auburn tresses fluttering
In the Vibrant, Lilting Breeze;
Yet, only when you Pause
Will you See her Smiles and Dancing;
Only when you truly Look
And are not merely Glancing.
