Dark the hour and shapeless lies the sallow ground,

Pounding from Eternity without a sound,

Unleashed from pits as deep as gloom abides,

Grasping at the Light when it divides

Pain from Joy and suffering from Serenity;

Blasphemous desires that trapped Persephone,

But long such piteous a state could not remain,

For when Hades Loves, then shall darkness wane.

      1. Morgan, I have been missing you. YOU must be extremely busy. IF the weather holds, I will be out in my gardens. I have number 4 of 16 finished. Now on to hopefull number 5 and 6 today!! (small ones) When I get to my BIG Rose garden, I’ll be there for probably days. (smile) (((HUGS))) Amy

      2. Im so so sorry Amsgirl. Yes, I have been very busy. outside of work, which has been nuts, this week (being holy week ) has me running around every night. I am in the Handbell Choir in my church and not only are we rehearsing for our church for Sunday, but we’ve also been rehearsing for playing as a different church tonight. Plus trying to keep up with the blog AND trying to figure out how to start promoting Dark Fey…which still needs an introduction written and the formatting is being done monday….PHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, yes….I m busy. I will pop in for a visit this afternoon, though. I haven’t seen you in my reader lately, but I miss alot being this crazy LOL.

      3. Sweetie, I understand busy. I seem to be Queen of Busy, believe me. I am now in my gardens opening them one by one. Plus my blog and ALL of that jazz. Plus my real life. And then me. (deep breath) I understand!!! Do not feel obligated you must come to my blog, I mean it, Morgan. You have enough on your plate as it is!!! You do your best with all you do, and that is all anyone can ask of you. Love, Amster

      4. I wish I could garden more, I really do enjoy it, but right now I only have two small flower beds Its so rewarding to putter around and have something grow and flourish (Hopefully!)

      5. Morgan, when you see my gardens, and the “work” behind them, you will be very happy for your two small flower beds. Today was supposed to rain, (darn it) so again out I go to continue in the gardens. Number 7 today, maybe numer 8 started. There are two huge gardens, and when I get to those I will be there for a few days, most likely. I am getting these gardens done this year like I have never before. It must be because of all my friends praying for me, or sending me energy to GO and do it!!! Yippeeee!!!! (((HUGS))) Amy

      1. My latest poetry book is not doing too badly considering it’s only been out for a short while. It’s in the 200s in one category.The first book in the series is doing quite well. It was #1 in one category and #2 in another last week.
