Folding the Moon

If I cannot Love You,
I would rather there be no Sun to Light the day,
No Fresh Delicious Breeze off the Sweetly Sighing ocean.
If I cannot Love Only You,
I would rather the Stars no longer Shone
And the Rainbow bleed its Colours like rain.
If I cannot Love Just You,
I would Wish the Seasons to stop turning
And the restless Wind stop Rushing through the trees.
If I cannot Love You Alone,
I would Pull down the Moon
And forbid her Sweet Light to ever Shine Again.
