Shroud – #Halloween #Poetry

Shroud

.

Echoes Mute and Transitory

Fleetingly Heard Upon the Breeze,

Mask of Interminable Silence,

As Moans Escape the Beguiling Seas

Of Shrouded Memory,

In Blithe Repose;

Heralding Midnight

With Ethereal Glows.

Pale Wanton Shroud,

Enigmatic,

Surreal;

Encroaching Calamity,

In Darkness that Seals.

      I hadn’t thought about it really. We might be dressing up for work, in which case I don’t know what I’ll do though I have a few stand bys that I can use (pinning sponges to my clothes and saying Im Self Absorbed. or putting a knife through a cereal box and saying Im a cereal killer) LOL

      you?

      1. LOL I love your costumes!
        No costume, just a Halloween shirt. I’m going to Josie’s pre-school for their Halloween party and then end the evening to Ryan and Megan’s for dinner and trick or treating with Josie.
