He Sings
In Lingering Ethereal tones;
Trumpet call of Elden Memory
Lilting upon the breeze,
A sweet Symphony of Transcendent mystery;
Discordant Beauty
Piercing the fog of shapeless epochs,
Calling for us to Remember.

This piece was inspired after a conversation over an original post by Jet Eliot . Thank You Jet for the beautiful Inspiration!

Wow! Your words describe the beauty of nature. The elk’s call reminds me of the dolphin’s call. How wondrous God has made all creation.

I never made that comparison before, but I think you are right; it does sound like a dolphin. Maybe they are distant cousins 😉 So glad you enjoyed this Susan. Thank you!

You captured the elk’s bugle sound beautifully, Morgan. Lingering, ethereal, discordant, piercing — fantastic description. Thanks so much for adding this poem to the world. I am happy to be part of the inspiration, my friend~~
