I met Crystal through BnV and quickly felt a connection with her Kind and Gentle Spirit. She has been writing songs, poems and more since age 12. As an ordained minister, she shares her work to offer hope and inspiration in a world that has far too little of both. When she expressed an interest in writing with me I couldn’t wait to see where Hope and Inspiration would lead us. Together, we’ve written a lullaby that is meant to calm and soothe the mind, when thoughts are twisting and sleep is far away. Crystal began the piece with a lyric she had already written, then I added the middle portion, in italics. With the inclusion of her playing and Beautiful singing, I hope you will enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoyed writing it.
