A Splendid View Entreats my eyes,
It is Your Smile, So Kindly offered;
And I, with hopes locked secretly away,
Do Look and Long
For the Simple Reflection of my Hope
By Your Own.

And if the Pale Viridian of Your Eyes
Would Lock with mine
And Sing to me my heartโ€™s Desire,
Then would I be Lost
For Eternity.
