The Sweet Kiss of Night lingers upon my Cheek,
Brushes back my unruly curls,
Smooths my frazzled thoughts and shaken Spirit;
Caressing my skin with the soft scent of indigo breeze
As it delicately stirs the darkened sky.
The Sweet Kiss of Night tempts my broken heart,
Whispers in my attent ear,
Sings itโs softest lullaby in deep and subtle tones;
Easing the raucous noise of my musings with dancing lights
That Enchant smiles to the lips in spite of tears.
