Although I have never written a Haiku before, at the encouragement of Ihsan, from iiThinks.com, I sat down to test the waters. Little did I know a tale would burst forth from those deep depths, spun in Haiku form and in narrative verse! Where this came from, I cannot say, yet I shall post it out in five Parts today for Fantasy Friday and Hope you will Enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. (After today, it will be posted in full verse format under Narrative Poems.)
Thank You Ihsan!
Siren Song
Verse One
Blue Ocean Darkness
Silence in the Deep Water
Waiting for Sunlight
Echoes Haunt the Waves
A Lingering Memory
Singing in Sweet Time
Glimmer of Brilliance
Splash Amidst the Rolling Waves
Clues Speaking Loudly
Verse Two
Rising from the Deep
Playing in the Breakers Foam
Tailfin Flashing Bright
Ribbons of Sunlight
Reaching into murky Depths
Smiles of Delight
Voice of Siren Song
Ancestral Tabernacle
Melody Sublime
