You know, you write the kind of poetry I have been looking for for a long time, whenever I browse the poetry shelves in book shops I look for something like this, but I never find anything! Lovely indeed. Yes.
But, except when I have to get up to take photos,
I prefer the dark of the night to waking my eyes to the first rays of the morning sun… Despite what Cat Stevens may have sung in the past!

I too am a night person and prefer the light of the moon to the sun. I am quite happy sleeping until 10 or 11 in the morning and then staying up until 1-2 AM
