Memory sits upon my shoulders,
Broken Time, endlessly Spinning,
Wordless Pain from yesterday,
Devouring Tomorrow, Progressively Winning
Though I Hide my Face from sorrow,
Aching in my Heart for More,
Bright yesterday belies my Smile,
As I walk upon a Barren Shore.
Hope Waits before me, Gently Smiling,
A Vision of Light in the Vast Unknown,
While all around the Darkness reaches,
Out of the Shadows, Hope hears my Groan,
Singing to my aching Sorrow,
Hope Willingly, Patiently, Abides,
A Light to Brighten the Uncertain Morrow,
Glowing in the Dimness where my Doubt Resides.

And as I read your beautiful, yet somewhat sad poem I was thinking how could I make my sister smile;
When the Sun arises in the morning,
A sweet blessing shall find its way,
Into your life making your heart to smile,
In so many awesomely beautiful ways.
For just as you share your heart with us,
In such a true and generous way,
Know as the morning comes alive,
