Needless to say, sleep was a long time coming.

It was worth the loss of a few hours of sleep. I sleep very little anyway 🙂 I do agree,,,whenever we have a storm (rain or snow) Im glued to the window 😉

Glad you’re safe, Morgan! These nighttime storms just might be the worst — you can’t see anything outside, you hear all sorts of loud noises, and the flashes are blindingly brilliant. No wonder my dog wants to be safely tucked inside his crate — I kind of wish he’d scoot over and make room for me!!
