Singing Sweet in the Barren Cold,
Forgotten Soul
Of Antiquity told,
Blazing Fire of unbroken Memory,
Awakening flutter
To set the Heart Free,
Long Denied, through unspoken Years, Waiting,
One Look, One Touch,
All the Pain Sweetly Abating.
The End

I waited until I read all three to comment. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful! I loved the use of the dragons in your choice of photos. Dragons symbolize so many things – wickedness, strength, wisdom, fear, good luck, prosperity, fertility, freedom, nobility, beauty. power, and in the end of your poem, I felt devotion.

Wow, I am amazed and so delighted that you found so much in so few words 🙂 we never know how our writing will touch others, no matter what we are writing, and I am ever amazed to hear how those words that I might think are ordinary or unremarkable reach others.
so thank you thank you dear friend…thank you 😀
