Gentle Solitude

Sunrise on Lagoon

Gentle Solitude Reaches Her Hand,

Whispers She Understands,

Soothes my Frazzled Nerves with Song,

The Song of the Breeze, Quiet and Long,

She Hums Her Placid, Tranquil Tune

Until I nod my Head and Lightly Croon,

Soft with her Delicate Melody,

Enveloped in Bliss like the Peaceful Sea.

  1. The zephyr
    take me higher
    soft and curly breeze
    lift me with ease.
I love the ‘Gentle’ before solitude. It digs deep.

      1. Awh! Well I hate it when days go that way! Hopefully it will get better for you today and if not then you get a new day tomorrow! My Uncle always says it’s never to late to have a redo! Start now! 😄

      2. Once again, it got better after I left work. seems like everyone you talk to anymore says the stress at work is just doubling and doubling again…and sadly, I believe that is true. Our focus is all wrong..

BUT, learning how to deal with stress is just another lesson to learn and another stone across the proverbial pond, right?

      3. Yes and sometimes we just need to rest. That is where I was yesterday so tired and I still keep trying to give it my all when I’m totally out of gas. So true about our focus. I was thinking about you this morning. Here’s to a great day! I love the way you think! 🙂
