the Gita speaks of Nishkam Karma or karma which does not work for outcome but for the will to do it right the outcome becomes secondary – in other words unattached action, action which is not concerned about its fruit but performed with total dedication and zest without worrying about rewards – such action incurs no sin no karmic ‘effects’ and is blessed.
