The last photo that has he broken tree trunk looks like a Gothic cathedral and so is therefore my favourite photo, they are all fantastic, I love a good forest.

I hadn’t noticed that. I was concentrating more on the way the light illuminated just that one little tree. But you are right of course 🙂 I suppose you are more practiced at spotting gothic cathedrals than I, but you would be 😉

I love the art of Caspar David Friedrich, he does lots of forests and their are some lovely Gothic overtones so I like to see Gothic in a forest. I like to see the details that others don’t see the first time, like the camp bloke at the airport, in the background of the film Deathwish. I really should get out more!

It would be good to have a meander, I do like vivid greens to a backdrop of brown trunks. Natural cathedrals are the best as is great company.
